Eating 100% healthy food is not really possible at all, and even though you think that you are buying and consuming healthy food that might not be the case and that food might even end up being more dangerous for you than healthy!

The fruit chips are made up of artificial sugars and different flavorings and other not so healthy ingredients. So that is why we would recommend you eating fresh and organic fruits instead of the processed ones!
2. Bread in the form of chips or snacks:
There are various different types of bread which are told to be healthy and tasty, but they are not! And that is why instead of these types of artificial bread it is best to eat rice galettes.
3. Gluten free products:
The gluten is bad only for the people who’s body cannot tolerate it, so that is why it is highly recommended not to eliminate it out of your diet.
4. Dried and sugary fruits:
Instead of sugary fruits it is best to eat the dried ones as a substitute for organic and fresh fruit!
5. Canned fruits and vegetables:
Because of the fact that the canned food is rich in additives and sugars it would be the best solution if you ate only frozen fruits and vegetables as well as the fresh organic ones!
6. Vegetables which are rich in starch:
The potatoes, corn, and the pumpkins contain high levels of starch which are not that healthy because of the fact that they contain high levels of fats in calories.
The cereals which can be prepared instantly are not so healthy because of the fact that they contain more sugars and additives in them, you can try and switch them with the cereals which are prepared in a longer period of time but are healthier than the first ones.
