How are sugar consumption and weight gain related?
Our body needs sugars so that it can function in the way that it’s meant to. But, our body needs a certain dosage of it, the one that it used up in the form of energy, and what is left – the excess is stored in the form of fat. The over consumption of sugar often times leads to useless fat stored on our face, hips, thighs, and waist. As most of us know it is not that easy to say no to sugar, especially for the sugar addicts out there. The earliest symptoms are light headaches, sadness, fatigue, and cravings for sugar. These signs are common when you give up any addiction. And for this reason alone the best thing would be to stop over consuming the products that contain sugar, but do it slowly.
