This is an easy but very effective diet in which you will lose ten pounds in one week. It’s wealthy with beneficial components, and has proven fast and effective.
First get a glass of cold water with lemon juice, on empty belly for purification of toxins and activation of metabolism. Half an hour after you drink water with lemon you must eat 2 apples or 2 oranges. You may get a large grapefruit instead.
