The largest known nerve in the body is the sciatic nerve, this nerve can be found in the lower back and it goes all the way trough the buttock and lower limb. Relax the sciatic nerve:
Lay on the floor, put a tennis ball under your back, on the affected area, and start making some circular movements and massage the area with the ball. Do this method for about ten seconds, make a short pause and after that repeat the process.
Auto back massage:
Stand straight with your back straight on the wall, put a tennis ball in between your upper right shoulder and somewhere around the affected area. Make some circular movements with your body, thus massaging the area implementing the ball.
Self neck massage:
Stand 80 cm from the wall, facing it, take a tennis ball in one hand, and a yoga brick in the other. Then, stretch the left leg back and body forward, while holding the cube against the wall with the help of the right shoulder, and placing the ball in the curve of the neck.
