You are going to need the following ingredients:
- 200 grams ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
- 50 ml lime juice
- 1/2 cup of sparkling water
- 50 grams organic honey
- 450 ml filtrated water
How to prepare the ginger remedy:
Firstly you need to start boiling the water and add the ginger. Lower the temperature of the stove and heat the water for about 5 more minutes. Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool somewhere around 20 minutes. After you’re done with this prepare the syrup in a separate bowl.
