Day 1

  • 1 egg, 1 orange and 1 cup of yogurt for Lunch
  • 2 tomatoes, 1 bowl of lettuce or ½ a cucumber, 2 pieces of toast and 2 boiled eggs for Dinner

Day 2

  • 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt and 1 orange for Lunch.
  • 1 orange, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 125 grams of red meat and 1 piece of toast for Dinner.

Day 3

  • 1 boiled egg, 1 orange and 1 cucumber for Lunch.
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 1 piece of toast, 1 orange, 125 grams of cooked red meat for Dinner.

Day 4

  • 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 orange and 1 piece of toast for Lunch.
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 1 piece of toast, 1 orange, 125 grams of cooked red meat for Dinner.

Day 5

  • 1 tomato, 200 grams of cooked fish or meat and 1 piece of toast for Lunch.
  • Peas and potatoes and ½ pound of cooked carrots for Dinner.

The best and the most essential thing about this diet is the fact that it is not going to starve you, the only thing that it is going to do is give you the needed dose of vitamins, minerals for your body to be properly functioning.

Once you have finished the initial 5 days of the diet, make a 2 day break and after that repeat the diet for another 5 days.

The consumption of alcohol, salt, sugar, fast food, and processed food should be avoided in order to get the best results out of this diet.
