In this article we are going to talk about an amazing method which is a great true story. A famous Japanese actor named Miki Ryosuke has developed a natural method of losing body weight. When this actor felt constant back pain and he went to his doctor, he was recommended to try out this technique on a daily basis in order to eliminate the pain. He started doing this exercise and in a couple of weeks he lost about 28 pounds and 4.7 inches from his waist. This technique is known as the long breathing technique.
Is this technique really helpful?
As Marcelle Pick, an OB/GYN NP puts it this exercise is a great way for beginners to start using the benefits of the deep breathing implemented in each and every exercise. This deep breathing technique gives the body large levels of oxygen, and because of the fact that oxygen absorbs the nutrients it allows the body to lose the excess weight.
A recent study conducted in Hampton University where a group of overweight teens started to practice deep breathing yoga and managed to lose the excess weight. This study was performed with the help of 60 teens each divided into 2 groups. The first one had to practice deep breathing yoga for about 40 minutes four times in a week, and the experiment lasted for 12 weeks. Whereas the second group were practicing the more regular routine. The results that they got showed them that the deep breathing yoga participants lost 6 pounds on average not having to make any restrictions on calories and not having to follow any strict food regiments.
How To Perform This Amazing Exercise:
- Put one leg forward and one at the other back.
- Transfer your weight to your back food by straining the glute muscle.
- In a slow motion inhale for three seconds and in the same time raise your arms above your head.
- Strain all of your muscles while exhale weightily but carefully for 7 seconds.
