We have all heard that by wearing a bra constantly women can increase the chances of breast cancer developing. But if you fully dispose of it, your chest are going to relax. The most common questions that women ask themselves is whether they should or should not wear a bra while sleeping. And today we are going to answer that question to the most of you who read this post.
The stories that wearing a bra can increase the risk of cancer come from the bra preventing the proper work of the sweat glands and lymph vessels. But, the truth is that there are not many evidence linking the bra to cancer, writes “The Huffington Post”.
The most recent studies conducted by Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention did not succeed in finding a connection between the “wearing of bras while sleeping” and breast cancer. The main reason behind why women don’t want to wear a bra while sleeping along the night is because of the tension that it makes for their breasts and the “bad looking” marks which it leaves on the skin.
Can you get cancer?!
Scientists argue that there are no connections between the bra wearing and breast cancer, but they advise you to remember to buy bras made up of natural materials. But they imply that by wearing a bra constantly you are causing a lymph blockage which in extreme cases can sometimes lead to development of breast cancer, and even though these chances are minimal we feel obliged to say that they are there and that you should be careful. And the last thing that they noted is that there are no scientific proves that not wearing bras can lead to breast relaxations. This is a question of age, lactation, pregnancy and genetics.
Tips and Conclusion:
- Wearing a bra at night does not increase the chances of getting cancer, and it doesn’t prevent the relaxation of breasts so it is up to you to decide whether you would like to wear it or if you wouldn’t want to wear it.
- If you decide to wear a bra be sure that it is made up of all natural materials.
- If you decide not to wear a bra, but you have slightly larger breasts we recommend you wearing a strapless cotton transparent bra
