Sometimes it can be hard to take a notice of a healthy, organic egg and the one that is not that healthy. A lot of people are not thinking of the importance of what the consumption of a healthy egg can mean to you. The eggs that come from farm chickens are oftentimes all natural and they have a number of benefits that they could provide for your health which is not the case with the chickens raised in the factories. So as you can is in the picture we have 3 types of egg yolks presented. The first one has a darker orange tone to it, the second one has a yellow color, and the third last yolk has orange color.
So what do you think? Which one is the one taken from a healthy farm grown chicken?
1. Egg with dark orange yolk
If you guessed that the dark orange yolk is the one coming from a healthy chicken grown naturally in good conditions, you guessed right. The healthiest egg is the one with the dark orange yolk. This egg was taken from a chicken farm, and there the chickens are fed their natural food and live in their natural habitat. The chickens are not kept in a dark, narrow coops with not enough space to grow. And they don’t get fed only grains they get all their favorite foods like insects, ricks, spiders, crickets, grasshoppers. And because of these two simple reasons the egg from a farm chicken is much more healthy than the ones in developed in the factory!
2. Egg with yellow yolk
This eggs are known to be bought in a supermarket. These eggs come from the factory chickens. These chickens are developed in a factory coops and are living in not so good conditions (awful conditions)! These chicks are fed only with grains, and they don’t have enough space to grow properly, the people working in the factories don’t clean the coops and the chickens are left to grow into filthy coops.
